So, today I thought that we would recap our favourite announcements from last week's expo :)
Spider-Man PS4 Game:
Sony Interactive Entertainment, Insomniac Games and Marvel have teamed up to bring a brand new Spider-Man game to the PS4. It doesn't have a name at the moment, but it does have a trailer!
EA are certainly organised as they gave us a list of the work that they will be doing for 2016, 2017, 2018 and beyond! Here is a brief summary -
2016 -
- Continuing to add content to Star Wars Battlefront - three more digital expansions by the end of the year - Bespin, the Death Star, and a final pack in December
- DICE is also working with Criterion on an exclusive Star Wars Battlefront VR mission for PlayStation VR this year
- New features and updates to be added to Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
- BioWare will celebrate the 5th anniversary of Star Wars: The Old Republic with story-driven content and new features throughout the year
2017 -
- A new instalment of Star Wars Battlefront in development at DICE
2018 -
- A brand new Star Wars story will debut in a new action adventure game from Visceral Games
Beyond -
- Respawn Entertainment are developing a 3rd person action adventure game that explores a timeline EA Star Wars titles have yet to explore...
- They are in pre-production on various other projects!

Sony Interactive Entertainment has teamed up with Activision, who with Vicarious Visions are fully remastering Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped for PlayStation 4, which will launch in 2017.
Also, Crash will be appearing in Skylanders Imaginators, which you can see the trailer for below:
- Titanfall 2 launches on 28th October with the addition of a single-player campaign
- Bethesda teases Wolfenstein: The New Colossus
- Xbox One S Slim model officially announced
- Forza Horizon 3 announced for Xbox One and PC
- Dead Rising 4 announced for Xbox One and PC
- Halo Wars 2 announced to launch 21st February
- Project Scorpio announced by Microsoft
- Star Trek: Bridge Crew announced for VR
- Watch Dogs 2 revealed and gameplay trailer
- PlayStation VR to launch 13th October
- Batman: Arkham VR announced for PlayStation VR
- Mario Party: Star Rush announced for 3DS
- Paper Mario: Color Splash to launch 7th October
- Nintendo teases a "new kind of Mario"
- Injustice 2 announced for PS4 and Xbox One
- Hitman: Summer Bonus Episode launches 19th July
- Stardew Valley coming to PS4, Xbox One and Wii U
- Resident Evil 7 announced for PS4, Xbox One and PC, with PS4 demo out now
